Service Description
This package includes 6 hours of coverage capturing the events of your special day. From this package you will receive a second photographer, and a complimentary engagement session on location (Within Memphis area), 100 high resolution images. Photos will be professionally edited and digitally emailed. * 6 hours of wedding photography coverage * Additional photographer for 6 hours on your wedding day * Complimentary engagement session. (One hour session with one outfit and one location.) * 100 edited, high resolution images. * Copyright release for personal use of the images.
Cancellation Policy
For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. The fee will be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by contacting us within 48-72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time if the client doesn't contact us within that time frame the DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY - COVID-19 For weddings and events, if the CLIENT cancels before the wedding date due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, or by e-mail. However, if the CLIENT requires to change or postpone the wedding date due to COVID-19, we will do our best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within 1 year of the original event date. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
